You’ll document and escalate complex issues to our 2nd Level team, while growing your technical skills in a collaborative environment with growth opportunities and a hybrid work setup. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) or first IT-support experience.
• Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.

Your mission: As part of our IT Support team, you’re the first point of contact for our customers’ employees whenever technology gets in their way. You solve most requests yourself, keep tickets moving and make sure complex cases reach the right people in our 2nd Level team. • Hand over complex cases to our 2nd Level team smoothly, with clear and complete documentation.
• Guide users through every issue with patience, empathy and a strong service mindset.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration) or first experience in IT support.
• Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.
• A strong service mindset and a customer-focused, independent, solution-oriented way of working.
