Zusammenfassung

Limango GmbH in Munich seeks an IT HelpDesk specialist to support end-users, maintain office infrastructure, and manage asset inventories for the Munich office and remote workers.

This role offers a hybrid or remote work model with two days per week in the Munich office; you’ll grow into System Administration and Platform Management through dedicated projects, with English and German required and Baramundi, Jamf, Intune experience highly beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on IT support experience in a similar role (not just phone-based).
• Good understanding of Windows, and possibly MacOS environments.
• Troubleshooting capabilities for IT devices and peripherals (laptops, docking stations, printers).
• Proficiency in English and good command of German.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

Goal of the Position: User tech support in Munich office and for remote workers

Daily tasks of the position:

• supporting end-users in troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues
• maintaining office infrastructure
• maintating asset inventory (laptops, pheripherals, displays, printers)

Projects of the position:

• Seniority development within HelpDesk
• Develoment into System Administration, Platform Management, Information Security

WHAT WE EXPECT

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• experience in similar role with hands-on support (no on-the-phone first line support)
• good understanding of windows environment - and possibly also MacOS
• troubleshooting capabilities for IT devices and pheripherals (laptops, docking stations, printers, access controls, non-electrical cables)
• proficiency in English, good command of German
• experience with Baramundi, Jamf, Intune would be highly beneficial

Personal requirement for the candidate:

• understanding of the support function of help desk for the business
• problem-solving oriented
• friendly and approachable attitude
