UWC Robert Bosch College in Freiburg is seeking a part-time IT Support (20 hours/week) to assist our IT department with daily operations and user support.

You will help staff and students with IT issues, handle hardware repairs, and maintain classroom and event technology. The role offers direct contact with a diverse student body in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Training as IT specialist or equivalent, with hands-on IT support experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 and cloud services.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks and solve problems.

We are looking for staff as IT Support (20 hours/week) to provide flexible support to our IT department as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing support and advice to staff and students on all IT matters
• Hardware repair work
• Maintaining the event technology in our auditorium (audio, video, lighting)
• Maintaining the technical equipment in the classrooms
• Managing and maintaining the access card system
• Procuring spare parts and supplies

Your profile:

• training as an IT specialist, degree in IT or professional experience in the IT sector
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows OS, O365, Windows Azure AD), knowledge of MacOS, Linux and mobile operating systems desirable
• Independent, organised way of working and problem-solving skills
• Customer and service orientation and commitment
• Good English skills are an advantage
