Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science or a related field.
• At least two years of practical experience in IT system support and customer service, preferably including system integration, system testing, or software development.
• Strong communication skills for working with customers and system developers.
• Programming knowledge in JAVA, C++, or C#; experience with databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL is advantageous.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux).
• Desirable but not essential: experience with networks, virtualization, scripting, and monitoring.
• Fluency of German and English.
