ROSEN Group in Lingen/Osnabrück is seeking a Python DevOps Software Developer to support data processing software for inspection systems. You will automate CI/CD, write Python, and contribute to microservice-based applications within an autonomous agile team.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and Azure DevOps is required; fluency in English is expected, German is a plus. Hybrid work setup with some home-office options is offered.

We are looking for a Python software developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on DevOps to support us in the development and supporting of our innovative software solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Automate software development processes using CI/CD tools. Manage infrastructure as code to ensure an agile development and deployment process
• You write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python
• You implement microservice-based software process applications for our inspection systems
• You are part of an autonomous development team in an agile environment
• You optimize and monitor the performance and scalability of our systems

What you will bring

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or extensive professional experience
• Advanced knowledge in Python programming language
• Strong experience in container infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow) and CI/CD environments
• Solid experience in DevOps practices and Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS)
• Practical experience with Linux and Windows systems
• Understanding of physical background desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative, commitment and team spirit
• Good verbal and written knowledge of English, knowledge of the German language is a plus
