ONLINE Systemlogistik GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für IT-Systeme mit Fokus auf Logistikprozesse. Sie entwickeln Systeme, stimmen Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern ab und koordinieren Entwicklungs- sowie Release-Zyklen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise in der Logistikbranche, mit. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, ideal im Freight Forwarding/Logistik.
• Nachweis von Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und Prozessen in der Transportlogistik.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Konfliktlösungskompetenz.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Ergebnisorientierung.

Aufgaben

• Entwickeln von IT-Systemen und -Lösungen, vorausdenken und Mehrwert schaffen.
• Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern, Abnehmen von Anforderungen und Ableitung von Umsetzungsschritten.
• Koordination von Entwicklungsprozessen, Sprintplanung, Tests und Release-Zyklen.
• Festlegung von Strukturen, technischen Standards und Prozessen, Kommunikation an Beteiligte.
• Gewährleistung reibungsloser operativer Prozesse und Schnittstellen.
• Planung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Meetings mit Partnern und Dienstleistern.
• Enge Abstimmung mit Spediteuren zur bestmöglichen User Experience.
• Management externer Dienstleister und Überwachung der Ergebnisse.
• Bearbeitung von Incidents und Incident-Communication.
• Beachtung von Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit und Compliance.

• You develop IT systems, always thinking one step ahead, thereby strengthening ONLINE Systemlogistik’s leading position in the digital sector.
• You engage with stakeholders, identify needs and derive development requirements from these.
• You coordinate development processes, monitor sprint planning, oversee testing and plan release cycles.
• You establish structures, technical standards and processes, coordinate these and communicate them to those involved.
• You ensure operational processes run smoothly.
• You plan and facilitate regular meetings with partners and service providers to identify and communicate requirements.
• You maintain close communication with freight forwarders to ensure the best possible user experience.
• You manage external service providers and monitor their work.
• You handle incidents and manage incident communication.
• You keep track of requirements relating to data protection, IT security and compliance.

What you have

• several years’ experience in a comparable role, ideally in the freight forwarding/logistics sector
• experience in managing service providers
• proficient in requirements management with a background in logistics
• substantial experience in project management and in the specialist processes of transport logistics
• strong communication skills, particularly in reconciling differing interests
• a structured approach to work, a strong focus on results and the ability to reduce complexity
• very good knowledge of German and English
