SCHEDL Automotive System Service GmbH in Regensburg is seeking an IT Process Manager for Logistics and Production Processes to drive IT-enabled material flows. You will implement and customize company-wide processes and ensure data integrity across ERP, MES, and WMS/WCS interfaces.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 2–3 years of production IT experience, and fluency in German and English. Travel may be involved in a dynamic, family-owned environment with flat hierarchies.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in maintenance, analysis, or optimization of production IT systems at a manufacturing company.
• Solid understanding of how integrated systems (ERP, MES, and WMS/WCS) interact, as well as knowledge of interface technologies.

Aufgaben

• Implement and customize logistics and production IT processes within the company-wide IT environment.
• Development of specifications and requirements for IT process customizations.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of all data in the IT system to guarantee error-free material flows.
• Identifying weaknesses and resolving data discrepancies.
• Minimizing bottlenecks and reducing turnaround times to optimize IT processes.
• Supporting software updates to ensure an uninterrupted flow of goods.
• Second-level support for business units and plants regarding the integration of IT processes and for more complex IT system issues.
• Key-user training on IT processes, particularly in the event of system process changes.

Your Profile

• A successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in the maintenance, analysis, or optimization of production IT systems at a manufacturing company
• A solid understanding of how integrated systems (ERP, MES, and WMS/WCS) interact, as well as knowledge of interface technologies
• High level of proactive, analytical approach to work and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Speak, write and read fluently in German and English
