TeamViewer, based in Germany, seeks an experienced IT Business Partner to act as the in-house IT consultant across departments. You will validate IT demands, translate them into concepts, and collaborate with IT units to shape requirements and prioritization.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent experience with a focus on IT.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all company levels.
• 3+ years of professional experience in IT.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking with strong analytical skills.
• Solid IT understanding and ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in requirements management, project management and business process analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate across areas with different interests to reach solutions.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

What you bring

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent experience with a focus on IT
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company
• 3+ years of professional experience in the field of IT
• Comprehensive strategic and conceptual thinking, ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships paired with good analytical skills
• Very good understanding of IT and sound knowledge in IT service management (ITIL) area
• Experience in requirements management, project management and business process analysis is a must
• Proven track record showing ability to collaborate between different areas with different points of interests and to reach a solution together
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
