This hands-on role involves managing our internal IT operations, from onboarding and device management to network security and tooling integrations, enabling our team to operate efficiently and securely.

You will:

• Implement and manage a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system
• Support company laptops across macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Oversee application access, licensing, and integrations (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence)
• Support onboarding by setting up IT equipment and access for new hires
• Collaborate on internal IT security measures
• Manage hardware/software inventory and procurement
• Provide IT support and resolve hardware/software/network issues
• Manage vendor contracts and access levels for enterprise tools
• Maintain onsite network security (firewall, VPN, access controls)
• Work closely with engineering teams on infrastructure needs

You have:

• 3–5 years of IT administration experience
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Proficiency in Google Workspace Administration
• Experience with access management and enterprise integrations
• Hardware and software procurement experience
• Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN/WLAN)
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Service-oriented attitude and ownership mindset

Nice to have:

• GDPR and data protection knowledge
• Security or infrastructure certifications
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• German language skills
• Interest or experience in workplace AI
