The Berner Group in Germany is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant to join our finance transformation journey towards SAP S/4HANA. You will combine ECC expertise with S/4HANA approaches and actively drive finance process evolution in a modern, hybrid IT landscape.

In this role you will own end-to-end FI/CO processes, support business stakeholders, and contribute to migrations, rollouts, and optimization initiatives while collaborating with enterprise architecture and external partners in

• Several years of experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on experience in customizing and process design.
• Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes.
• Experience with project rollouts, transformations or migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Consult and support business departments in SAP FI/CO (ECC & S/4HANA).
• Analyse, design, and implement end-to-end finance processes.
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and rollouts.
• Perform customizing and optimization in FI/CO areas.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

YOUR TASKS

• Consult and support business departments in SAP FI/CO (ECC & S/4HANA)

• Analyse, design, and implement end-to-end finance processes

• Contribute to S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and rollouts

• Perform customizing and optimization in:

• Ensure integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support

• Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant

• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Hands-on experience in customizing and process design

• Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes

• Expertise in areas such as:

• Project experience (e.g., rollouts, transformations, migrations)

• Strong analytical skills and structured working style

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with S/4HANA conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield)

• Knowledge of Fiori, MM, SD and Workday

• Experience with system integrations (APIs, interfaces)

• Basic ABAP debugging skills

• Experience with international templates or global rollouts
