Zusammenfassung

BYD Europe is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to join our Frankfurt-area team onsite. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, translate them into actionable system specifications, and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and business teams to implement fit-for-purpose IT solutions.

You will lead UAT, validate solutions, and help optimize data flows across CRM, ERP, WMS, and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related systems. Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills; translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; assess business impact, evaluate solutions, and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting and validation of requirements.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar; APIs and system integrations familiarity is a plus.
• Basic Python scripting for data analysis and automation; fluent in English and local market language; Chinese language skills are advantageous.

• Manage and support key systems including CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or related business systems. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools is required for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation of business requirements.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architectures. Basic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation are a plus.
• Fluent in English and the local market language. Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.

• Validate proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements, operational needs, and user expectations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business validation activities, and support successful solution deployment.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, system operation manuals, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide functional support, user training, and ongoing system administration for business-critical applications.
• Manage and support key business systems including CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations, and related business applications.
