CordenPharma GmbH in Frankfurt am Main seeks an IT Application Manager (m/f/d) to act as global system owner for multiple applications. The role requires leading evaluations, ensuring performance, and coordinating with service providers and site IT.

You bring a IT degree, several years of experience with industry IT apps (Open Lab ECM, Salesforce, Tagetik, Evisort, Interflex), and project leadership, with pharma exposure as a plus. The position is full-time, asap.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT or a technical field with IT management experience.
• Extensive experience with industry IT applications (Open Lab ECM, Salesforce, Tagetik, Evisort, Interflex).
• Networking experience is a plus.
• Proven track record leading IT projects and teams.
• Pharma industry experience including qualification/validation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Acts as Global System Owner and System Administrator for multiple applications.
• Leads evaluations of new applications and upgrades with providers and site IT.
• Ensures applications perform as required, providing support and enhancements.
• Manages outsourced support and establishes training programs for key users.
• Ensures qualification and validation of global GxP applications.
• Serves as single point of contact for suppliers and key users.
• Coordinates security/privacy with IT security teams.
• Points of contact during audits.

Main activities and responsibilities

• Acts as Global System Owner and System Administrator for multiple applications
• Leads the evaluation of new application and upgrades (new features) together with the service provider, site IT departments and business key users
• Ensure the application performs as expected by the business, by providing support & trouble shooting and deploying enhancements
• Manage and follow up on outsourced support
• Establishes training programs as necessary for key-users
• Ensures the qualification and validation activities for global GxP applications
• Single point of contact for the suppliers and key users of the applications
• Ensures, with support of global IT security, service provider and local IT departments, that security and privacy requirements are respected
• Point of contact in case of audits

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, technical or technical field with skills and experience in managing IT
• Advanced experience with various IT applications in an industry (such as e.g. Open Lab ECM, Salesforce, Tagetik, Evisort, Interflex)
• Experience in Networking is a plus
• Experience in leading IT projects and project team members
• Several years of relevant experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including qualification and validation activities, is considered a plus
• Self starter, goal oriented, able to work to deadlines and motivate
• High level of commitment and willingness to perform
