Qualifikationen

Responsibilities
  • Be part of a dynamic IT team of 40 colleagues shared across four countries, delivering IT services to 25 countries
  • Act as the primary IT contact for business users, providing first-level support and resolving application-related incidents and service requests
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance assigned business applications and IT services to ensure stability, performance, and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with business departments, IT colleagues, and external partners to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement and track approved changes
  • Document application configurations, workflows / architecture, and support procedures to ensure transparency and continuity
  • Manage related infrastructure components, including servers and virtual machines, ensuring compliance with internal standards and cybersecurity policies
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by steering applications toward digitalization, automation, and cloud-based solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and provide input on application architecture and integration
Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or bring equivalent professional experience and certifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in IT application management and systems administration
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and accountable with strong conflict resolution skills and effective communicator in international, customer-focused environments
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET, C#.NET, MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
  • Proficient with IIS or any web-hosting solutions
  • Having experience in Java and Python is a plus
  • Experience with Azure PaaS and applications hosted in Azure
  • Knowledgeable in network protocols, authentication methods (e.g. Azure AD), certifications and infrastructure servers
  • Skilled in integrating systems via interfaces, incl. experience with Azure API Management Service
  • Familiar with using Azure DevOps or tools for end-to-end software development, operations and collaboration
