Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Safety Specialist to coordinate and monitor HSE measures on construction sites for hybrid towers. You will review subcontractor RAMS and HSE plans, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety guidelines.

Requirements include SiFa or equivalent, 2+ years in construction, and proficiency with HSE software; English is essential, German a plus. Occasional travel and on-site work are expected with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Certified Safety Specialist (SiFa) qualification or comparable safety experience.
• At least 2 years in construction with knowledge of machinery inspection.
• Proficient with HSE-specific software and systems.
• Understanding of ISO 45001/ISO 14001 and national HSE regulations.
• Strong English skills; German a plus.

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. Do you want to take an active role in changing wind energy infrastructure?

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the installation of hybrid towers
• Review and verify HSE documentation from subcontractors, including RAMS, HSE plans and training matrices
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and HSE guidelines on site
• Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and with subcontractors to ensure safety
• Perform quality and safety controls and support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety)

YOUR PROFILE

• Certified Safety Specialist (SiFa) qualification, a comparable qualification, or relevant training and/or professional experience in safety-related functions, ideally within the construction or wind energy sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection
• Proficient in HSE-specific software
• Understanding of construction processes and knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and national HSE regulations
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
