Your Responsibilities

• Take an active role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and assessing new opportunities to executing deals and driving value creation in portfolio companies.
• Analyze markets and business models to identify attractive investment opportunities across diverse sectors.
• Lead analytical workstreams in commercial and financial due diligence, valuation, and business plan assessment.
• Partner with portfolio management teams to implement operational and strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Contribute to value creation plans, performance tracking, and execution of add-on acquisitions.
• Prepare clear and insightful materials for internal decision-making and investment committees.

Your Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or private equity, ideally with exposure to value creation or performance improvement topics.
• Proven ability to link strategic insight with tangible business results.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, paired with solid commercial judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a lean and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
