Job summary

Ascendum Recruitment seeks an Analyst for an independent investment banking boutique. The role offers exposure to growth infrastructure, telecommunications, digital infrastructure and the energy transition.

You will develop financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution skills while collaborating with experienced advisers. Responsibilities include building models, analysing statements, preparing investor materials, and supporting due diligence and capital-raising.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional; internships in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in accounting, financial modelling and valuation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German, both written and spoken.
