Overview

This position helps in making gospel teachings, resources, and services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. The Inventory Specialist will work under the guidance of the Inventory Management Supervisor to oversee the inventory workflow of designated products, ensuring efficient sourcing and reliable distribution to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • To achieve this, the position would maintain master file records, identify re-order points, prepare re-order requisitions, make inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy, monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors and customers, to schedule the manufacture and purchase of products in a timely manner. This position will also act as an expeditor to provide direct oversight of the distribution of new items or special project items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient inventory operations to ensure accurate processing and documentation of inventory-related transactions.
  • Analyze inventory data to support effective replenishment, inform purchasing decisions, and create management reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Maintain distribution records and perform inventory adjustments to maintain data integrity.
  • Contribute to inventory planning and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly track and expedite back-ordered items to minimize delays and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Accounting, or other business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 2 years of experience.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, .
  • High command of the English language is a requirement (minimum C1 Level) any additional European language is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in warehouse / inventory management software is required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.

  • Ability to independently set priorities and perform well under pressure within established deadlines with minimun supervision.
