Job summary

MCF Corporate Finance GmbH is seeking new interns for Q3 2027 to gain hands-on experience in M&A transactions and support active mandates. You will be involved in sell- and buy-side projects, pitch preparations, market research, and financial modelling; fluent German and English and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills required; prior advisory exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong academic track record of at least 4 semesters in economics, finance or similar.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Preferable work experience within investment banking, management consulting or other advisory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the commitment to work in a high focused team environment.

Responsibilities
