Job summary

MCF Corporate Finance GmbH in Munich is looking for motivated M&A professionals to join a growing team. You will handle sell- and buy-side mandates and interact with founders, financial sponsors and corporates, acting as primary client contact across projects.

You bring 3–4 years of corporate finance advisory experience, fluent German and English, and strong financial modelling skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Excellent educational background with a strong degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or an accounting background, preferably with one of the Big 4 accountancy firms.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial/tech mindset.
• Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities
