4GC Advisory GmbH in Munich invites applications for an internship in our Tech M&A boutique, starting asap. You will participate in ongoing M&A and fundraising projects across Software, AI, Digital, Tech-enabled Services and Industrial Tech, and develop your profile in a fast-paced entrepreneurial team.

Your role includes creating marketing documents, modelling financials in Excel, preparing pitches, and conducting valuations, while gaining broad exposure to deal flow and networking in

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, finance or similar with excellent academic results.
• Relevant internship experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development/finance.
• Very good analytical skills and independent, careful work style.
• Availability for 3–6 months.

Aufgaben

• Support creation of marketing documents (Teaser, Information Memorandum, Management Presentation) during sell-side and fundraising processes.
• Model KPI-based financial plans and perform commercial analysis in Excel.
• Assist in preparation of pitch presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive company valuations (DCF, multiples, LBO).
• Research potential buyers or investors.

You will be a comprehensive part of our team and accompany us in our ongoing M&A and fundraising projects in the areas of Software, AI, Digital, Tech-enabled Services and Industrial Tech. Your profile

• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, finance (or a similar discipline) from a top institution paired with excellent academic results
• Relevant experience through an internship at an M&A advisory firm, Investment Bank, Private Equity Fund or a corporate development/finance role
• High motivation and willingness to learn and work in a truly entrepreneurial team
• Very good analytical skills as well as independent and careful way of working
• Availability of 3-6 months for the internship
• Fluent German required

• Support in the creation of marketing documents such as Teaser, Information Memorandum, Management Presentation, etc. during M&A sell-side and fundraising processes
