United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Intern to help keep daily business running smoothly. You will work closely with data, customer success, and provider support to scale services.

You will document evolving processes, build clear SOPs, and ensure accurate reporting and dashboards are maintained. English fluency and German basics will support communication in an international team.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related; Operations specialization is a plus.
• Fluent English with good German (B1/B2) and strong written communication.

YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As our Intern in Operations (all genders), you will play an active role in keeping our daily business running smoothly. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, acting as a key link between data, customer success, and provider support. By jumping into day‑to‑day coordination, spotting inefficiencies early on, and documenting evolving processes, you will directly contribute to scaling our services.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Support the ops team with day‑to‑day tasks across different areas of the business, coordinate workflows between teams (Data Reporting, Customer Success, Provider Support), flag bottlenecks, and execute ad‑hoc projects.
• Process Documentation: Structure, write, and update internal processes and SOPs as our workflows evolve; build clear playbooks and reference materials to keep the operations function organized.
• Reporting & Tracking: Pull accurate reports, maintain operational dashboards and data logs, and ensure that key metrics are tracked, formatted, and delivered on time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A specialisation in Operations is a plus.
• Confident user of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Slack. Prior experience or familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Highly organised approach with strong attention to detail. You have a proactive attitude and do not wait to be told what needs doing.
• A team player who is comfortable jumping between tasks and supporting different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English (C1/C2) and good German (B1/B2).
