Job summary

Henkel invites motivated students to join the Global eCommerce team in Düsseldorf for a six‑month internship starting January 2027. You will support market analyses, create presentations, track KPIs, and help develop eCommerce strategies across markets while gaining hands‑on experience with global initiatives.

The role requires studying business/economics/digital or related fields, fluent English (German a plus), and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in business, economics, digital/eCommerce or related field, ideally near Bachelor’s/Master’s end.
• Internship or work experience in related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to identify eCommerce growth opportunities across markets and channels.
• Support strategic eCommerce projects, including market and performance analyses, project coordination and tracking of key initiatives.
• Contribute to global eCommerce reporting and KPI tracking, translating data into clear business insights
• Prepare presentations and decision materials while gaining hands-on experience in developing and scaling eCommerce initiatives globally
• Participate in the development and implementation of global eCommerce strategies and business initiatives
• Analyze market and performance data to identify and evaluate eCommerce growth opportunities
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and support project coordination while tracking relevant KPIs and business performance

About this Position

Become part of Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Global eCommerce team and help shape the future of our eCommerce business.

What you´ll do

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to identify eCommerce growth opportunities across markets and channels
• Support strategic eCommerce projects, including market and performance analyses, project coordination and tracking of key initiatives
• Contribute to global eCommerce reporting and KPI tracking, translating data into clear business insights
• Prepare presentations and decision materials while gaining hands‑on experience in developing and scaling eCommerce initiatives globally
• Participate in the development and implementation of global eCommerce strategies and business initiatives
• Analyze market and performance data to identify and evaluate eCommerce growth opportunities

What makes you a good fit

• Student currently enrolled in business, economics, digital/eCommerce or a related field, ideally in the final stages of a Bachelor's or pursuing a Master's degree
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is a plus
• Interest in eCommerce, digital business models and international business development
• Understanding of AI concepts and tools, including generative AI and prompting, and interest in applying AI to business use cases
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly and concisely
• Proactive, curious and collaborative team player with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
• Availability for a full‑time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
