Job summary

Henkel in Düsseldorf is seeking a proactive strategy intern for a 3–4 month program starting February 2026. You will conduct market, application, and competitor research aligned with automotive components priorities and assist on strategic projects.

Work with senior management, develop strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills, and gain exposure to a diverse, international environment at our HQ in Germany.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience in a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in the English language.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills (PowerBI preferred).
• Strong analytical and research skills with a can-do attitude.
• Interest in the automotive, strategy, and/or adhesives industries.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a truly diverse team, with excellent communication skills.
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting February 2026 for a duration of 3-4 months, ideally.

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
