Henkel is seeking a full-time intern for the Global Leadership & Learning Team in Düsseldorf. You will support global learning projects, create presentations and learning materials, and own small work packages while collaborating across the globe. Availability for six months starting January 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Currently studying business psychology, HR, or communications.
• Fluent in English.

• Reliable team player comfortable taking ownership in an international environment.
• Curious about AI and confident using digital tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for six months.

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
