Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies is offering a full-time internship in the Global eCommerce team in Düsseldorf. The six-month program starts January 2027, inviting a student in business/economics/digital/eCommerce to contribute to growth initiatives and cross-functional projects.

You'll analyze data, prepare presentations, and help scale global eCommerce initiatives while collaborating with international stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business/economics/digital/eCommerce.
• Internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in eCommerce, digital business models and international business development.

Responsibilities

Become part of Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Global eCommerce team and help shape the future of our eCommerce business.

What you´ll do

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to identify eCommerce growth opportunities across markets and channels
• Support strategic eCommerce projects, including market and performance analyses, project coordination and tracking of key initiatives
• Contribute to global eCommerce reporting and KPI tracking, translating data into clear business insights
• Prepare presentations and decision materials while gaining hands-on experience in developing and scaling eCommerce initiatives globally

What makes you a good fit

• Student currently enrolled in business, economics, digital/eCommerce or a related field, ideally in the final stages of a Bachelor's or pursuing a Master's degree
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is a plus
• Interest in eCommerce, digital business models and international business development
• Understanding of AI concepts and tools, including generative AI and prompting, and interest in applying AI to business use cases
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly and concisely
• Proactive, curious and collaborative team player with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally
