Qualifikationen

• Must be at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship.
• Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship or gap year scenario.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, cost and benefit awareness, strategic understanding.

Aufgaben

• Gain practical experience in supporting fleet management with a wide range of flight operations tasks.
• Assist in advising and supporting fleet pilots in close coordination with fleet management.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal and cross-fleet procedures.
• Support quality monitoring activities through the analysis of flight reports and the development of recommendations.
• Assist with the planning and organization of special and press flights.
• Provide support for administrative tasks related to A320 training programs.
• Help create, maintain, and update reports, statistics, and presentations for operational and management purposes.
• Participate in cross-functional tasks and support the implementation of initiatives across different areas of flight operations.

Your tasks:

• Gain practical experience in supporting fleet management with a wide range of flight operations tasks
• Assist in advising and supporting fleet pilots in close coordination with fleet management
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal and cross-fleet procedures
• Support quality monitoring activities through the analysis of flight reports and the development of recommendations
• Assist with the planning and organization of special and press flights
• Provide support for administrative tasks related to A320 training programs
• Help create, maintain, and update reports, statistics, and presentations for operational and management purposes
• Participating in cross-functional tasks and supporting the implementation of initiatives across different areas of flight operations

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
