Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Frankfurt is seeking a Master’s student to support HR transformation projects within Marsh Germany’s People & Investments practice. You will help develop innovative strategies, contribute to HR digitalization, and assist with performance and talent management initiatives.

The role offers exposure to international projects and collaboration with HR leaders and CHROs, requiring strong analytical skills, excellent PowerPoint/Excel abilities, and fluent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with an analytical or quantitative focus (e.g., business administration, economics, psychology, mathematics, natural sciences).
• Initial professional experience in consulting is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in strategy and HR at the intersection of both fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Acquire the essential consulting skills within 3 to 6 months

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with an analytical or quantitative focus, such as business administration, economics, psychology, mathematics, natural sciences, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in a consulting environment, ideally with an HR focus, is an advantage but not required
• Relevant internships in a corporate environment may be advantageous
• Interest in challenges at the intersection of strategy and HR
