Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen near Munich is offering a six-month internship starting January 2027 within Talent & Executive Management. The role targets enrolled full-time students in business, IT, HR or psychology with a strong data mindset and English proficiency.

You will help create communication concepts, support events, assist in career discussions and contribute to data analysis while gaining exposure to an international environment and modern technologies.

• Location: Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen
• Start: January 2027
• Duration: 6 months

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Communication: Creation of innovative communication concepts to reach various stakeholder groups within the company, as well as decision-making templates for Executive Management.
• Event Management: Support in organizing networking events and management meetings to increase the visibility of our talents within the company.
• Interview Preparation: Support in preparing and following up on career and development planning discussions.
• Data Analysis: Documentation, analysis, and tracking of relevant data.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field of study.
• Analytical Skills: You think in a structured manner and have a high affinity for working with data.
• IT Skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and a high interest in innovative ways of data analysis and preparation of complex content.
• Language Skills: Very good English skills are mandatory for daily work in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.
• Personality: You are characterized by a high level of commitment, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data. A structured and independent way of working completes your profile.
