Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen offers an internship in Talent & Executive Management. Start January 2027 for six months. The role provides a 35-hour week, flexible work, and a chance to contribute to leadership initiatives directly with executives.

You will support communication, events, and career planning discussions while handling data analysis in a multinational environment. A thesis is possible after consultation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, IT, HR or Psychology or equivalent.

Job Description: In order to support Talent & Executive Management, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an Intern - Talent & Executive Management (d/f/m). We look forward to you supporting us in Talent & Executive Management, as an intern (d/f/m)! Location: Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen. Start: January 2027. Duration: 6 months. Your location: Our site is just a stone's throw away from Munich, the beautiful capital of Bavaria. Are you into sports and other outdoor activities? The Alps and Lake Starnberg are within an hour's reach, offering a multitude of recreational options.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Communication: Creation of innovative communication concepts to reach various stakeholder groups within the company, as well as decision‑making templates for Executive Management.
• Event Management: Support in organizing networking events and management meetings to increase the visibility of our talents within the company.
• Interview Preparation: Support in preparing and following up on career and development planning discussions.
• Data Analysis: Documentation, analysis, and tracking of relevant data.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full‑time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field of study.
• Analytical Skills: You think in a structured manner and have a high affinity for working with data.
• IT Skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and a high interest in innovative ways of data analysis and preparation of complex content.
• Language Skills: Very good English skills are mandatory for daily work in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.
• Personality: You are characterized by a high level of commitment, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data. A structured and independent way of working completes your profile.
