Job summary

roadsurfer is offering an internship starting January 2027 in Munich, with hybrid work options and a chance to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Fleet Operations, and Customer Experience. You will help optimize processes, support daily tasks, and gain insight into multiple departments while developing your professional skills in a dynamic company.

You should be motivated to learn, able to grasp concepts quickly, and fluent in German and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Support multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Fleet Operations, and Customer Experience.

What you need to surf a wave with us

• You are looking for a mandatory internship or would like to complete a voluntary orientation internship
• You want to develop yourself and your skills and are motivated to learn new things
• You are able to grasp concepts quickly and make connections.
• You have good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• You have strong communicaton skills and are fluent in German and English (at least B2 niveau) (other languages are a plus)
