Job summary

Roadsurfer seeks a social media coordinator to manage influencer collaborations, create short-form videos and graphics, and collaborate with our social, content and marketing teams on campaigns and launches.

You will be fluent in English, adept at video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and Canva, with a structured, proactive, team-oriented approach. German is a plus, and flexible work options apply.

Qualifications

• A degree in media, communication, marketing or a similar field.
• First experience in social media is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with social platforms and what makes content feel authentic.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US

• A degree in media, communication, marketing or a similar field. First experience in social media is a plus.
• You're at home on social media and know what makes content feel real.
• Hands-on skills in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design (e.g. Canva).
• A structured, organized way of working and confidence with spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English. German is a plus.

YOUR SALARY

We transparency. The salary band for this position is between 32.400€ and 35.000€ gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to make sure all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can better assess your skills and experience, we will find out together which level within the salary band suits you best. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback meeting.
