At Kloepfel Consulting – one of the leading consulting firms for purchasing and cost optimisation for medium‑size businesses – we offer you the opportunity to independently build AI assistants based on Claude (Anthropic). Over a period of approximately six months, you will develop, test, and iterate assistants that automate or support real business processes, primarily for use cases in sales and marketing.
What lies ahead for you?
- Gather requirements with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and translate them into assistant concepts.
- Develop and continuously optimise prompts, system instructions, and workflows in Claude.
- Integrate assistants into existing tools (e.g. CRM, email, Slack) and coordinate interfaces.
- Measure results, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve assistants.
- Design typical use cases: lead qualification, follow‑up automation, creation of sales and marketing texts, analysis of customer feedback, and campaign briefings.
- Ensure documentation of assistants and knowledge transfer to the team.
What should you bring?
- Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable course of study – ideally with a focus on digital business models or marketing/sales.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM workflows – initial personal experiments with AI tools are a clear plus.
- Experience with APIs or no‑code/low‑code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n) would be an advantage.
- Communication strength at the intersection of tech and business – you can explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- Structured, independent way of working with high quality standards and a hands‑on mentality.
- Language skills: fluent German and good English.
- Genuine curiosity for AI technologies and the desire to actively shape the future of management consulting.
