Kloepfel Consulting GmbH in Düsseldorf offers an internship in HR Digitalisation & Personio, where you will shape HR processes and data handling. You will build new Personio workflows from design to implementation and contribute to recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.

The role also involves exploring AI tools and gaining insights into employer branding and internal communications. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with flexible hours, and you’ll join a team that values structure,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or close to completing studies.
• Tech- and AI-savvy; able to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience with Personio or HR software is a plus but not required.
• Enjoy processes, structures and digital solutions.
• Work carefully, independently and reliably.
• Willing to contribute ideas with a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and implement new processes in Personio from design to rollout.

• You work carefully, independently and reliably

• And very importantly: a good dose of humour
