• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise system interfaces using Pentaho and related integration technologies
• Develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and other integration components
• Build and support batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations across ERP platforms, cloud services, and third-party applications
• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, validate, and load data across multiple source and target systems
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop technical integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface, API, and data integration issues while optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery processes for stable production operations
• Develop and maintain interface specifications, technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials
• Participate in integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments
• Ensure integration solutions comply with security, development, and data-governance standards
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, design discussions, code reviews, and continuous-improvement activities
• Monitor production interfaces, proactively identify issues, and provide ongoing operational support
• Collaborate on enterprise transformation initiatives for government organizations using CGI’s CGI Advantage ERP platform

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise system integrations
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Pentaho integration and ETL development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services using JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols
• Experience integrating ERP applications, enterprise systems, relational databases, and cloud-based services
• Strong SQL development skills with experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database platforms
• Experience designing ETL workflows, data mappings, transformation logic, and data validation processes
• Working knowledge of API authentication and security standards, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, and SSL/TLS
• Experience using Git or other source control/version management tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, functional, and client-facing teams
• Remote candidates must be willing to work PST hours
