Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design and develop ETL pipelines and data models using Pentaho. You will maintain reports, optimize the data warehouse, and ensure data quality in a collaborative, Scrum/SAFe environment.

The role demands strong SQL/Oracle expertise, experience with BI reporting, and proficiency in Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree, vocational training, or comparable technical qualification in computer science or a related field.
• Several years of experience designing and developing ETL processes.
• Good practical knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with or an interest in self-service BI and user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data management, and data warehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of Data Vault is an advantage.
• Knowledge of tax domain processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI and test-driven development.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes; integrating different apps/systems.
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
• Interest in continuous professional development.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
