ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced aerospace/project management professional to coordinate technical aspects across domains and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery in collaboration with PMs, TMs and CoCs.

The role demands an aerospace engineering degree, solid experience in engineering, aerospace and PM, background in aerospace/defence, proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, Jira and Confluence, and very good English.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and integrate all technical aspects from bid phase through program execution, in close collaboration with PMs, TMs, and CoCs.
• Ensure technical coherence and consistency across all involved Domains.
• Escalate unresolved conflicts or issues between Domains.
• Review work package outputs and deliverables before submission to Chief Engineers / Program Directors, and coordinate their release.
• Support the Chief Engineer in the above activities and reporting tasks.

• support your Team Managers (TMs) in coordinating the Domains, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality -while building a productive and efficient relationship with the relevant Centers of Competence (CoCs) and their representatives / Integration Managers
• coordinate and integrate all technical aspects from bid phase through to program execution -including the creation of the Industrial Statement of Work, Program Plan, Deliverables, Interdependencies, Risks / Exclusions, and Cost Estimates -in close collaboration with PMs, TMs, and CoCs
• ensure technical coherence and consistency across all involved Domains
• escalate unresolved conflicts or issues that arise between the Domains
• review work package outputs and deliverables before they are submitted to Chief Engineers / Program Directors, and coordinate their release
• support the Chief Engineer in the above activities and associated reporting tasks
