ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is seeking a product management professional for Control & Monitoring hardware solutions in AIS/GIS switchgear. You will drive development lifecycle, translate epics into features, and coordinate with Product Lifecycle Managers and System Architects.

The role requires strong agile experience, SAFe familiarity, and the ability to forecast schedules and costs for complex projects, with openness to international travel and mobile working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive HV switchgear product management or PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of agile and SAFe environments.
• Experience planning schedules and costs for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and English skills; willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Drive product management of Control & Monitoring hardware solutions throughout development lifecycle.
• Analyze customer and market requirements to identify improvements and define features.
• Translate Portfolio Epics into features and coordinate with lifecycle managers and system architects.
• Manage roadmaps, priorities, schedules, budgets, and acceptance criteria with ALM and PM tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support agile development activities.

• drive the product management of Control & Monitoring hardware solutions for AIS/GIS switchgear throughout the entire development lifecycle
• analyze customer and market requirements to identify improvement opportunities and define future product enhancements
• translate Portfolio Epics into well-defined features and coordinate closely with Product Lifecycle Managers, Product Owners, and System Architects
• manage product roadmaps, priorities, schedules, budgets, and acceptance criteria using ALM and project management tools
• facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support agile development activities through PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, System Demos, and daily stand-ups

Be our forward thinker

YOU...

• hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• bring extensive experience in HV switchgear product management, R&D project management, or customer project management
• have strong knowledge of agile methodologies and are willing to work in a SAFe environment; SAFe certification is considered an advantage
• possess experience in planning and forecasting schedules and costs for complex development or customer projects
• demonstrate excellent communication skills, a structured approach to prioritization, and business-fluent English with willingness to travel internationally as required
