The Mitsubishi Chemical Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customer relationships and collaborate across teams. You will manage orders, coordinate global logistics, and assist planning to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA for order processing, master data management, and commercial operations.
• Fluent in English and German with strong written and verbal communication in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of international trade and logistics, including Incoterms and cross‑border compliance.
• Experience preparing and managing international shipping documentation for compliant transportation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills supported by advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and planning.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer order processing by verifying order accuracy, pricing, VAT, compliance, and documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics by organizing shipments and monitoring deliveries with warehouses, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Support supply chain planning by tracking product availability, coordinating stock replenishment, and providing forecasts to production planning.
• Maintain SAP master data, price lists, invoicing, and follow-up on overdue payments.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as primary contact for inquiries and resolving logistics issues.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across different teams. What you will do

• Manage customer order processing by verifying order accuracy, pricing, VAT, compliance, and ensuring complete and correct documentation
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics by organizing shipments, monitoring deliveries, collaborating with warehouses, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and managing transport-related documentation
• Support supply chain planning by tracking product availability, coordinating consignment stock replenishment, and providing customer forecasts to production planning
• Maintain commercial and administrative processes including SAP master data and price lists, reporting, transport cost requests, invoicing, and follow-up on overdue customer payments
• Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving logistics issues, and managing insurance claims related to transport and warehousing
