This position undertakes inside sales development, local marketing execution and overall sales administrative support for the German team. You will develop potential clients independently, assist in launching regional marketing projects, and handle daily team admin work to support the growth of local cybersecurity and cloud business.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Support: Execute Germany localized marketing tasks, including webinar coordination, marketing material localization, market competitor research and post-event lead sorting.
• Sales Administration: Arrange team meetings, compile sales data reports, file sales documents and orders, and take care of daily internal & external coordination work.
• Inside Sales: Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls and industry events, connect with enterprise decision-makers to understand business demands, and record all customer data and communication details in Salesforce CRM.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of B2B inside sales, sales support or marketing coordination experience in the IT industry.
• Fluent German and English for daily business communication; proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
• Capable of cold calling and lead mining; strong multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills.
• Candidates with cybersecurity/cloud industry and DACH market marketing experience are preferred.
