Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking a SAP Integration Suite Developer to design and build modern cloud integrations in a fast-growing SAP environment. You will join a global integration team to deliver scalable interfaces and iFlows across SAP and external systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with SAP Integration Suite, hands-on iFlows, and SAP S/4HANA integration know-how, plus fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration.
Hands-on experience developing iFlows.
Experience integrating systems with SAP S/4HANA.
Good understanding of API-based and event-driven integrations.
Fluent German & English.

Responsibilities

Designing and building SAP integrations using SAP Integration Suite on SAP BTP.
Developing and maintaining iFlows for SAP and external systems.
Implementing integration logic with Groovy scripting, XSLT, and low-code integration capabilities.
Designing secure, scalable, and maintainable integration patterns.
Working with modern event-driven architectures using Event Mesh.
Monitoring and optimizing integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborating with functional teams, developers, and architects to deliver integration solutions.
Contributing to the evolution of a modern cloud-based SAP integration landscape.

Established over 40 years ago, my client houses 15.000 employees across 15 countries and boasts annual revenues of 6€ billion. They are renowned for combining IT solutions and consulting services with sales of IT hardware and software products.

Due to a recent major S/4HANA implementation project, they are now searching for a new SAP Integration Suite Developer who wants to build and shape modern cloud integrations in a fast-growing SAP environment.

Tasks

As part of a global integration team, you will play a key role in designing and building new SAP integrations.

This role combines hands-on development, solution design, and technical problem solving. You’ll work across the full lifecycle of integrations—from designing new interfaces to improving and scaling existing ones.

Your work will include:

Designing and building integrations using SAP Integration Suite on SAP BTP
Developing and maintaining iFlows that enable seamless communication between SAP and external systems
Implementing integration logic using Groovy scripting, XSLT, and low-code integration capabilities
Designing secure, scalable, and maintainable integration patterns
Working with modern event-driven architectures using Event Mesh
Monitoring and optimizing integrations to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborating with functional teams, developers, and architects to deliver integration solutions that support business processes
Contributing to the evolution of a modern cloud-based SAP integration landscape
