Job summary

Hyra, a hospitality group in Germany, seeks an experienced IT professional to lead the digital workplace strategy across a large portfolio of locations and the central office. You will own Microsoft 365 governance, security, and user adoption to keep staff productive and secure.

In this role you will manage external partners, drive standardization across sites, and oversee budgeting for licenses and technology investments to support smooth site openings and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT service management and digital workplace strategy.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based management.
• Experience managing external MSPs and vendor contracts.
• Strong PM skills coordinating multi-location rollouts.
• Fluency in German and English for collaboration with internal departments and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage external service providers, SLA monitoring, KPI reporting, and escalation management.
• Develop and maintain unified workplace standards for all locations, including device lifecycles and media technology.
• Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID).
• Lead workplace projects and IT integration processes for new site openings and acquisitions.
• Manage budgets for the workplace sector, including investment and license planning.

An established hospitality business is looking for an experienced IT professional to join the team. This role takes responsibility for the modern digital workplace across a large portfolio of locations and the central office, overseeing the overall strategy for Microsoft 365 and client management. The successful candidate will act as a key service owner, managing external partners and driving technical standards to ensure all employees can work productively and securely.

What you'll be doing

• Managing external service providers including SLA monitoring, KPI reporting, and escalation management

What we're looking for

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex rollouts across multiple locations
• Fluency in German and English to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
