Zusammenfassung

Panasonic is seeking a Governance and Compliance Specialist to monitor JSOX and ISO27001 compliance, coordinate audits, and act as a European SME for Governance and Compliance across Europe. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure IT controls are applied and reports are delivered to senior management.

You will collaborate across Europe on IT governance topics, support budgeting and project management, and contribute to a high-performance, international work environment

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent profession.
• Fluent English in speech, reading and writing.
• Very good knowledge of IT compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SOX and ISO 27001/other ISO Standards.
• Experience in auditing IT processes and systems.
• Experience with project and service management methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting and consulting areas.
• Experience working with near shore, on shore and offshore providers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Monitor and support compliance activities with special focus on the JSOX and ISO 27001 requirements and with close alignment with all internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate the annual and timely internal and external audits and reporting to senior management
• Document the audit findings and report the audit results to senior management
• Monitor resolution of agreed countermeasures to address identified findings
• Act as central point of contact and SME (2nd level) to provide consultancy and support to all customers across Europe regarding Governance and Compliance topics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent profession
• Fluent English in speech, reading and writing
• Very good knowledge of relevant IT compliance frameworks
• Working knowledge of SOX(JSOX) and ISO 27001/other ISO Standards
• Experience in auditing IT processes and systems
• General understanding of IT processes
• Experience with project and service management methodologies
• Experience in operational, budgeting and consulting areas
• Experience working with near shore, on shore and offshore providers
