Job summary

Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe GmbH in Hamburg invites you to join a multinational team focused on information security excellence. You will support risk assessment, audits, and the maintenance of our ISMS to ensure compliance with ISO27001, TISAX, and cybersecurity standards.

The role requires independent work, proactive communication, and readiness to travel as needed. You will contribute to process improvements, incident management, and awareness initiatives across functional areas.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication.
• Understanding of management systems, processes and risk.
• Knowledge of ISO requirements and auditing practices.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with automotive sector activities is beneficial.
• Project management experience and stakeholder coordination.
• Interest in continuous learning about ISO27001, TISAX, BSI and cyber security.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support of Functional Areas with inventorying information assets and processes.
• Support of functional areas with assessing risk of information assets.
• Conduct internal audits, site and compliance checks, supplier audits.
• Promote ISMs and prepare awareness measures.
• Maintain and improve the company's process house.
• Lead projects to implement risk mitigation measures.
• Maintain Risk Management Plan and report risks.
• Prepare and accompany external audits.
• Information Security Incident Management.
• Documentation, maintenance and improvement of processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support of Functional Areas with inventorying information assets and processes
• Support of functional areas with assessing risk of associated information assets
• Conduct internal audits, site & compliance checks and supplier audits
• Promotion of ISMs at PASEU incl. preparation and execution of awareness measures
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the companies process house
• Leadership of projects to implement risk mitigation measures
• Maintenance of Risk Management Plan, incl tracking of Risk treatment and reporting risks
• Prepare and accompany external audits
• Information Security Incident Management
• Documentation, maintenance and improvement of processes

What We Are Looking For
