Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or comparable experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA; treasury systems knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English and a structured, detail-oriented work style.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Prepare daily and medium-term cash forecasts and monitor liquidity.
• Organize and oversee outgoing payments in line with policies.
• Process and post bank statements, treasury transactions in ERP/GL.
• Monitor treasury risks including FX exposures and hedging activities.
• Contribute to treasury reporting, month-end/year-end closing and audits.
• Maintain treasury systems, banking platforms, and master data.
• Support process optimization and automation across treasury operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Prepare daily and medium-term cash forecasts, monitor bank balances, and support liquidity planning.
• Organize and oversee outgoing payments in line with Treasury policies, internal controls, and approval workflows.
• Process, reconcile, and post bank statements, Treasury transactions, and intercompany transactions in ERP and General Ledger systems.
• Monitor Treasury-related risks, including foreign exchange exposures, and support approved hedging activities.
• Contribute to Treasury reporting, month-end and year-end closing activities, and audit requirements.
• Maintain Treasury systems, banking platforms, and bank account master data, ensuring high data quality.
• Support process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives across Treasury operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or comparable professional experience.
• Solid Excel skills and confident handling of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of Treasury Management Systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
