The role emphasizes managing end-to-end campaigns, negotiating opportunities, and staying current with YouTube trends. A hybrid work model is available with a modern Berlin office and home-office Fridays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with YouTube Analytics and reporting.

• Research and identify suitable YouTube creators for client campaigns.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
• Reach out to new creators and negotiate collaboration opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage YouTube influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Prepare campaign briefings and ensure clear communication throughout each project.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables; review sponsored integrations for brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance and prepare client reports.

• Collaborate closely with our Sales, Campaign Management, and Affiliate teams.

We're looking for an Influencer Manager – YouTube who understands the YouTube ecosystem, enjoys building strong creator relationships, and is passionate about managing successful campaigns from concept to completion.

You’ll be responsible for managing YouTube creator collaborations, building lasting relationships with creators and management agencies, and delivering high-quality influencer campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify suitable YouTube creators for client campaigns
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent management agencies
• Reach out to new creators and negotiate collaboration opportunities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage YouTube influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Prepare campaign briefings and ensure clear communication throughout each project

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Passion for social media and digital content
• Existing network of YouTube creators or talent agencies
• Experience working with sponsored YouTube integrations
• Familiarity with YouTube Analytics and campaign reporting
• Agency experience
• Understanding of long-form content strategies and creator monetization
