CASA Media GmbH in Berlin connects brands with leading Instagram creators to drive authentic campaigns across Europe. We seek an Influencer Manager who will identify creators, manage relationships, and oversee campaigns end-to-end with a focus on delivering real impact for brands and creators.

You’ll own campaign planning, briefing, execution, and performance reporting while staying ahead of trends and maintaining strong cross-team collaboration. Hybrid work from our Berlin office is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Creator Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and creator collaborations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Independent and proactive working style.
• Passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Existing network of Instagram creators or management agencies.
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar tools.

We're looking for an Influencer Manager - Instagram who understands the platform inside out, loves building long-term creator relationships, and enjoys managing campaigns from idea to execution.

You’ll focus on identifying the right Instagram creators for our clients, building strong relationships, and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish. Your goal is to deliver authentic collaborations that generate outstanding results for both brands and creators.

What You'll Do
