Zusammenfassung

BERNER Group ist ein europäisches Handelsunternehmen für Profis in Mobilität, Bau und Industrie. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft im internationalen Brand- und Projektmanagement, die die Markenstrategie weiterentwickelt und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Landesgesellschaften umgesetzt.

Sie steuern Markenprojekte, entwickeln Governance-Strukturen, beraten das Senior Management und verantworten Merchandise-Strategien sowie Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder BWL.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Brand- und Projektmanagement.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer bereichsübergreifender Projekte.
• Erfahrung mit internationalen Marketingkampagnen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der internationalen Markenstrategie von BERNER in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Landesgesellschaften und zentralen Funktionen. Steuerung der Markenimplementierung über sämtliche Touchpoints hinweg und Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenauftritts in allen Ländern und Geschäftsbereichen. Weiterentwicklung und Durchsetzung der Brand Governance inklusive Definition von Markenrichtlinien, Prozessen und Standards. Steuerung brandbezogener Projekte, beispielsweise internationaler Markenkampagnen sowie ausgewählter Marketing- und Sales-Projekte. Leitung des internationalen Marken-Trackings und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen. Operationalisierung und Anpassung der internationalen Merchandise-Strategie inklusive Sortimentsauswahl. Entwicklung von (Vorstands-)Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Reports.

DU BRINGST MIT

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Brand- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem B2B-Umfeld.
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte.
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen sowie in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Markenstrategien.
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb einer internationalen Matrixorganisation sowie im Stakeholder-Management unterschiedlicher Hierarchieebenen bis hin zum Senior Management.
• Analytische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke.
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, interkulturelle Kompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
