Migration Consultant LLC is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to guide our legal strategy, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This role will shape the company’s legal posture while supporting growth and innovation in a flexible, remote environment.

You will coordinate with external counsel as needed and stay ahead of evolving laws impacting our global operations. A strong background in immigration or corporate law is preferred.

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in immigration or corporate law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
