Zusammenfassung

QPLIX GmbH in Munich is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to shape and scale our international legal function. You will be a pragmatic business partner providing advice on commercial and corporate matters, and negotiating SaaS, software, customer, partner and supplier agreements.

You will support our UK market entry and build scalable contract templates and governance processes, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Finance and Management while coordinating external counsel when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an international company and/or a leading commercial law firm.
• Strong background in commercial law and extensive experience negotiating technology, software or SaaS agreements.
• Solid understanding of UK law/Common Law and experience supporting international business operations.
• Proven ability to build processes and structures in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in Legal Tech, contract automation and AI-enabled legal workflows.
• Business fluent in German and English.

Following the successful launch of our Zurich hub, our next milestone is entering the UK market. To support this exciting growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel who will help shape and scale our legal function while acting as a pragmatic business partner across the organization.
