Zusammenfassung

Taylor Root is seeking an In-House Counsel in Munich specializing in commercial law to support a fast-growing international technology business. The role requires 2+ years PQE with exposure to contracts, employment law, compliance and strategic matters in a global environment.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, advise stakeholders across functions, and contribute to legal process improvements in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• German law degree with Erstes Staatsexamen.
• At least two years' legal experience in private practice and/or in-house.
• Fluent German and English.
• Proactive, business‑oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (SaaS, software licensing, service agreements, NDAs, DPAs).
• Advise business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Security, and Operations.
• Support employment law matters and wider compliance initiatives.
• Work with international teams across the EMEA region.
• Drive legal process improvements in a dynamic technology-focused business.

Are you a commercial lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with an international technology business?

I'm currently working with a highly successful and fast-growing company that is seeking an In-House Counsel to join its legal team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 PQE onwards, to gain broad exposure across commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and strategic business matters within a truly international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, service agreements, NDAs, and DPAs.


• Advising business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Security, and Operations.


• Supporting employment law matters and wider legal compliance initiatives.


• Working closely with international teams across the EMEA region.


• Helping drive legal process improvements within a dynamic, technology-focused business.

What We're Looking Fo

• German law degree with at least the First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen).


• At least two years legal experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.


• Fluent German and English.


• A proactive, business-oriented mindset.


• Interest in fashion or technology.
